Las Ramblas / Boqueron Downtown Brownsville

Step behind the bar at Las Ramblas, our back-to-back James Beard Award-nominated cocktail bar, and experience Liquid Lab – a hands-on cocktail class created by our Beverage Director and Junior Partner, Chris Galicia. In this fun and relaxed session, you’ll get the chance to become the bartender. Shake, stir, and craft two cocktails while learning about the featured spirit, its history, and flavor profile. Enjoy bites along the way, meet new people, and share laughs in a laid-back, social setting. Liquid Lab isn’t just a class – it’s a community. Guests often leave with new friends and a deeper appreciation for mixology. Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or just looking for a unique night out, it’s casual, interactive, and above all, a ton of fun! Come join us, raise a glass, and make memories one cocktail at a time.
