Daily around 10 am, our focaccia features a delightful selection of flavors. The freshly baked bread is a staple here at La Saison Bakery.

Persian-Style Lentil Soup – hearty green lentils, fragrant angelica spice, and tender potatoes, made with lots of love. Finished with crispy onions (optional for a GF version).

This is why we also make seasonal ferments that source only from local farms. Supporting our farmers means less money in the hands of large corporations, reducing our carbon footprint by limiting long distance transportation of food, and just knowing that our friends and neighbors can make ends meet." This magical mix is made from our own kimchi, dehydrated and then coarsely ground, removing the moisture but not the delicious kimchi taste. Sprinkle it on bagels, cream cheese, stir-fries, rice, and more.
