We put a lot of planning, preparation, purchasing, staffing, and care into our special experiences. Because many of these events have limited seating or require advance preparation, the following policies apply.
Reserved seats / ticketed experiences are **non-refundable and all sales are final**.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest. Please contact us with the name of the person who will be attending in your place.
Because menus, ingredients, staffing, and seating are planned in advance, we are unable to issue refunds or credits for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portions of an experience.
If Lasang Pinoy must cancel an experience, guests will receive a refund of the amount paid for that experience.
