A collaboration between Le Botaniste x Brooklyn Mindbody Collective Most date nights ask you to sit across a table and make conversation. This one asks something different: slow down, tune in, and rediscover your partner through your senses. Tickets include admission for two. Nourishing Connection is a one-night, multi-sensory experience for health-conscious couples who want more than a great meal — you want a night that actually nourishes your relationship, your nervous system, and your body. Blending Chinese Medicine food therapy, somatic Thai bodywork, and Le Botaniste's seasonal menu, this evening is part dinner, part guided practice, part reconnection ritual. Here's what awaits you: * A grounding welcome to help you arrive fully in the room — and in your body — with your partner * A hands-on Thai neck & shoulder massage exchange, so you both give and receive real, nourishing touch before the main course * A personalized Chinese medicine food therapy assessment, where a quick tongue and pulse check becomes the starting point for building your own bowl, chosen for what your body actually needs * A dinner unlike any other, coursed to unfold slowly and deepen connection with each bite * A blindfolded dessert course that turns taste into its own kind of intimacy * A closing circle to reflect and take the evening's practices home with you This isn't a workshop, and it isn't a typical dinner out. It's an evening designed for couples who are curious about somatic practice, holistic health, and engaging their relationship differently — with each other, and with food. Spots are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. If you've been looking for a way to slow down together, this is it. Tickets include admission for two.
