Chef's Table
**Chef’s Table in the Signature Lounge** Located upstairs in Le Rêve’s private Signature Lounge, the Chef’s Table is an intimate multi-course dining experience for 2 to 12 guests. Each reservation includes exclusive use of the room, creating a private setting for your party. Chef Zoilan Ruiz will prepare a 6 to 9 course dinner designed to showcase the season, the kitchen, and the refined hospitality of Le Rêve. The evening is private, personal, and intentionally paced. Please allow approximately 3 hours for the full Chef’s Table dinner.
Available Times
The Chef’s Table is $125 per guest, food only. Beverages, wine pairings, cocktails, enhancements, and custom requests are additional. Reservations are limited and accepted by request on a first-come, first-served basis. We will contact you to confirm whether we are able to accept your reservation request. Final guest count is requested 7 days prior to the reservation. Guest count increases are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. **MINIMUM SPEND** Each Chef’s Table reservation includes exclusive use of the Signature Lounge for your party. There is no separate private room charge; however, each reservation is subject to a $600 minimum spend before tax and gratuity. The minimum spend is per reservation, not per guest. Food, beverages, wine pairings, cocktails, enhancements, and custom requests may be applied toward the minimum spend. **ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS** When making a reservation, please let us know of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests. Most of the time we are able to accommodate requests, but we must be aware of them in advance. In the rare event we are not able to accommodate your request, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.
