Restaurant info
In May of 2018, we opened our winery in Santa Fe; Hervé, located just one block west of the historic Santa Fe Plaza. This new D.H. Lescombes concept location is unique and gorgeous. Tucked in the center of the city block, it’s a hidden gem waiting to be discovered and experienced. We completely renovated the space that once held the “Skylight” nightclub and transformed it into a relaxing and luxurious space and named it in honor of our father, Hervé Lescombes. Our lounge, bar, and restaurant dining area overflow with plants and natural light. Enjoy our delicious and popular menu items paired with our family-grown New Mexico wines.
