The meal was great. The uber driver was great. Toast is terrible. They said the food would be delivered in 1- 1 1/2 hours. I called the restaurant - the food was ready in 10 mins. It got here 20 minutes later. The uber driver apologized saying I’m sorry they told you an hour. We’re not busy. The toast app still said the restaurant was preparing the order. Very dissatisfying. Do the restaurants know that customers are unhappy with this middle man?
The meal was great. The toast delivery was poor. Food was cold. How many stops before us? Toast doesn’t say.
