Found our new favorite date night spot! I had been wanting to try the newest opening for a while now and I'm so glad we finally got to check it out. We knew we were going to get great food and cocktails just didn't know to the extent! Immediately we knew we wanted to sit in the outside/inside area because we came on a gorgeous day and those tables with the doors open and the plaza view had our names on it. They had a live singer at the plaza and people were dancing so it was the perfect spot to people watch. We came in confident ready to claim our table but what in the world were we thinking to come on a gorgeous Saturday for dinner with no resy's! Mistake number one was made (and it wont happen again I promise). We put our name down and were told we'd wait a good 45 min which was absolutely not a problem. I was going to have some kind of an end of summer spritz and enjoy outside while our table was ready. The cool thing is you can order at the bar and they'll give you to go cups (presentation won't be as pretty but it's ok) and then you can drink it only when you're outside which is pretty awesome. Problem is we didn't even make it to even finish grabbing our drinks to take them with us when they said our table was ready. I don't even think it was a total of 15 min max. Yay! We got the seat of our dreams facing outside and enjoying the last bit of summer brisk air and got to finally enjoying the first sips of my lavender Hugo spritz which was exactly what I wanted. Food ordering was hard but easy. Hard because we couldn't order all the things we wanted and easy because it was a no brainer. We went for the General Ty's Cauliflower and arancini as appetizers. MIND blown with the fried cauliflower. Prepared delicately, saucy and SOOOO crispy. The arancini were so delicate and the sauce was everything. For dinner we ordered the jerk burger (chickpea patty) and the refilled bowl (WOW!!!!). You can taste the freshness in every bite and the love they put into their dishes. Elevated classics without breaking the bank but also anywhere you sit at Lola's is a vibe. Obsessed at their use of local ingredients. I'm a huge fan of the refillery!
The wife and I get the two chicken sandwich’s and wings at least twice a week.. AMAZING!! Best sandwich in the area and the wings are phenomenal too
