FIRST STEP: please input your TOTAL PARTY SIZE BEFORE SELECTING YOUR RESERVATION TIME.
Your Party Size must match your total ticket count. A ticket is required for each member in your party, after selecting your party size and arrival time, you will then be able to select the total number of children and adult tickets.
ALL CHILDREN looking to meet Santa, participate in the activities and receive a special gift MUST HAVE A PAID RESERVATION, this includes infants.
Our Holiday experience includes a family visit with Santa Claus PLUS you get to join Mrs. Claus in her cookie factory and don’t forget to visit with Rudolph & friends and snap a quick photo!
Each registered child will receive: a holiday gift from Santa along with access to a decorating activity. All paid guests (adults and children) will have access to Mrs. Claus’ cookie factory where you will get to meet with Mrs. Claus and decorate a sweet cookie treat!
Come hungry! Your reservation includes a table for your family with a menu from our Taproom for easy QR Code ordering which will be delivered to your table inside the Greenhouse.
If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming.
Experience Policy
Please be sure to input the correct party size for your reservation, this ensures the proper table size. A ticket is required for everyone attending the family experience, please select either adult or child ticket for each member in your party.
In the special requests field you may enter the names of the children in your party, so we may create name-tags for the event, allowing Santa to have a smooth and personalized experience with each child.
