Founded in May 2022, Lotus Test Kitchen began as a place to experiment, create, and redefine what a great lunch could be. We set out to build Asian-inspired fusion bowls designed for modern life—fast, balanced, and full of flavor. Every bowl is thoughtfully composed with quality protein, fresh vegetables, and satisfying carbs, making it easy to eat well without slowing down. Health has always been at the core of what we do, but never at the expense of taste. Our recipes draw inspiration from classic flavors of the East, reimagined with a modern approach that keeps them bold, familiar, and crave-worthy.
