      Jim Beam 7 year aged Whiskey paired with Cajun Spiced Beef Puffs (Medium Spice level) Seasoned and spiced Ground Chuck/brisket blend rolled in a Puff Pastry - Baked Basil Hayden Dark Rye paired with Crawtator Shrimp: Two Jumbo Shrimp, coated with Zapp's Crawfish flavored potato chips, sautéed and topped with Creamy Cajun sauce with Crawfish Tails. Basil Hayden Toast paired with Zydeco Chicken: Marinated Cajun chicken tenders deep-fried and served over Jalapeno Gouda grits smothered with our Etouffee sauce. Knob Creek paired with seasoned and grilled lamb chops served with mashed potatoes and our rosemary demi-glace. Dessert: Southern Comfort Pecan Pie with Chantilly Cream. Guests can purchase additional shots of any of the above whiskeys.
