Lovies is a family dream brought to life. As a husband-and-wife-owned, minority-owned business, we built Lovies from our love of wings, comfort food, and community. At the heart of our kitchen is my dad, known as "Pops"—a proud veteran who always dreamed of bringing soul food to the community.
Where did the name Lovies come from? Before our granddaughter was born, I knew I didn’t want to be called "Grandma." When she was little, she started calling me "Lovie"—a name that stuck and became a symbol of warmth, comfort, and love.
