PLEASE NOTE: Luca’s is pleased to offer a gluten free pizza option. However, we are not a gluten free restaurant and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur as there is a great deal of gluten in the air and on our work surfaces. Our gluten free pizzas are prepared on the same surface as our other pizzas and while we do brush the pizza prep counters and ovens, there still is a good risk of cross contamination.
