We cook bold, modern Pakistani food on Meeting Street. The chaats of Karachi's markets, the karahis of the super highway, the slow nihari of old Lucknow, brought home to Charleston and served with real spice and real heart. There is a Frontier Kabab on the menu that belongs to my mother. A karahi in honor of my late uncle. A nihari that took half a lifetime to understand. None of it is here by accident.
