Being born and raised in Sonoma County I grew up with an appreciation for good fresh food. Eating and working at locally owned and operated restaurants growing up I quickly understood the passion, hard work and community atmosphere that would create a fun filled experience along with good food. So my dream was to make that happen and to do it with my favorite food, the almighty burger. I was lucky enough that the person I chose to spend the rest of my life with shared the same passions. After adding two wonderful kids to our lives, we decided to finally take the dive into the restaurant business and apply that same atmosphere we enjoyed so much through hard work and passion of our own. At Machado Burgers we have a commitment to fresh high-quality foods and a fun family atmosphere because we literally put our name behind our burger.
I put no pickles and no onions on my order and the ticket on the bag said no pickles and no onions, but my burger had pickles and onions on it.
The burger was delicious and I simply took the onions and pickles out, but I’m disappointed the cooks didn’t read the ticket before dressing the burger.
