Mad Yolks - 41st Ave

Solid breakfast choice, great quality ingredients, the brioche bun is delicious and the eggs are scrambled perfectly Gordon Ramsay style (if you’re into that soft fluffy texture, I know some people aren’t but I love it) and the bacon is also cooked perfectly crispy and nice thick strips of quality bacon not the cheap floppy soggy stuff you get at a big chain diner that just uses the cheapest ingredients available to maximize profits at the sake of quality. Not cheap but not overly price gouging for the serving sizes and quality, the side of bacon surprised me it was a little box loaded up with bacon I was really impressed. I got a side of bacon at some other place recently and it was like 2 or 3 strips for like $6 it was ridiculous, this place does it right!! Happy to have this place in the neighborhood, I’ll be coming back for sure!
