Our private dining room accommodates 15–46 guests and is perfect for birthday celebrations, corporate meetings, seminars, sports watch parties, rehearsal dinners, and other social gatherings. We offer several menu packages to fit your event. The room features a large TV for sporting events, presentations, slideshows, and other media. Guests may connect their own device using an HDMI cable (provided by the guest), and our staff will be happy to assist with setup.

Sunday–Thursday | 11 AM–10 PM, and Friday & Saturday last booking at 3 PM
Peak Booking Hours:
Friday & Saturday | bookings beginning at 4 PM

When submitting your reservation request, please include your preferred menu package in the “Special Request” section. Online reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. For reservations within the next 14 days, additional information or help with planning your event, please contact us at events@madrirestaurant.com or 909-798-0841
For private events scheduled Friday and Saturday evenings starting at 4 PM, a $200 room rental fee is required at the time of booking to reserve the private dining space. This fee is solely for rental of the room and does not apply toward food, beverage, gratuity, or other event charges.
The room rental fee is refundable if canceled at least seven (7) days before the event. Cancellations within seven (7) days or no-shows will result in the $200 room rental fee becoming non-refundable.
To help us maintain our facility and ensure a great experience for all guests, please note the following:
• No glitter or confetti.
• Do not tape, pin, or attach decorations to walls, windows, or furniture.
• If you need to use the TV, please ask a team member for assistance.
• Guests must provide their own HDMI cable to connect to the TV.
• The event host is responsible for ensuring all guests follow these policies.
• All decorations and personal items must be removed at the end of the event.
