Reservations help us prepare supplies and ensure the best experience for every guest, but walk-ins are always welcome when space and materials are available. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible so we can offer your spot to another guest. Experiences that require prepayment or deposits will follow the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to welcome you!

Pre-registration and full payment are required. Cancellations are refundable up to 24 hours before the class. Younger children may participate with hands-on adult assistance. Adults helping a child do not need a separate reservation unless they are also creating their own Bath Potion.
