Reservations are required for The Frosted Barrel Bistro Dinner and are limited due to the intimate nature of this special dining experience. When making your reservation, please provide the number of guests in your party (we ask for 4 per barrel) and any dietary restrictions or special requests. We will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. Cancellation Policy: Because we prepare food, staffing, and seating specifically for each reservation, **a minimum of 7 days' notice is required for cancellations or changes to your reservation.** * Cancellations made 7 or more days before your reservation date may be made without penalty. * No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the dinner will be charged the full reservation amount. * If you need to reduce the number of guests in your party within 7 days of the event, the same cancellation policy will apply to the seats released. * Reservations are transferable to another guest with advance notice, subject to availability and approval.
