Kurt W.Customer service was exceptionally warm! You guys have done a fantastic job keeping quality and service levels consistent despite the expansion to additional locations. Bravo!
Ordered coffee with milk but was served black coffee. The team quickly provided a cup of milk since the pitchers were put away. Unsure they read the order, but they were very nice when I asked for the milk.
