We know, because we raise ‘em, smoke ‘em and grill ‘em ourselves! Fresh, Local Produce with no pesticides or GMO’s. Custom, Small Batch Mama Jo’s Sauces made just 15 minutes from the farm by professional saucier and family friend, S.R.. Our buns are baked daily and toasted fresh! And did we mention…never a frozen french fry to be had! These fries come from our own spuds bud! And we cut ‘em on site, right before they get a hot oil bath in our own Wagyu tallow (when available).
