Eba is made with fried cassava called garri, it is cooked in hot water to form a stiff Doug. It’s eaten most commonly with Okra stew in the west region of Africa.

Our party tray feeds up to 20 to 25 people, it comes with a choice of a large tray of jollof rice or fried rice. You also pick a medium tray of proteins, beef or chicken that has been marinated in our house secret sauce. You also get to choose two sides of vegetables. Each party tray comes with a medium tray of puff puff .
