Walk-ins are always welcome! - The full reservation amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. - All reservations are non-refundable. - Online reservations require full prepayment to secure the lane. - To book a private event please visit our website maplehallknox.com - Please note that, due to our limited number of lanes, reservations may not be available at all times. Multiple Lanes - Maximum of 2 lanes per party. - You must select a party size of 7 or more guests to be assigned 2 lanes. - You must select and purchase the 2nd-lane add-on at the time of booking to guarantee that both lanes will be next to each other. - Two separate lane reservations will not be placed together. Multiple Hours - All reservations are for one hour only. If availability allows, you may request to add an additional hour at check-in. Arrival & Check-In - Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your reservation time to check in at the bowling desk. - Reservations begin promptly at the selected time. - If you arrive late, we cannot extend your time due to back-to-back reservations. ----Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of the reservation. - If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Reservations more than 15 minutes late without notice may be cancelled or require rescheduling based on availability. Weekend Late Night Policy On Fridays and Saturdays after 8:30 PM, we are a 21+ venue. Guests under 21 are welcome only when accompanied by a legal guardian. Please have valid IDs ready for our staff upon entry. Reservation Changes - Due to business flow and high demand, your lane assignment or reservation time may occasionally be adjusted. We appreciate your understanding as we work to accommodate all guests promptly. Equipment Policy - Use of personal bowling equipment at Maple Hall is at your own risk.
