Brewed in honor of our annual Pug Day, this year’s Morbidly Obese Pug takes the form of a Vanilla Malted Milkshake Imperial Stout. Vanilla beans, lactose, and layers of rich roasted malt come together for flavors of chocolate, creamy vanilla, and old-school malted milk. Full-bodied, silky, and unapologetically indulgent at 10% ABV. Basically a trip to the malt shop, if the malt shop served enormous imperial stouts.

Barleywine-style Ale - 13% ABV - For this year’s BA Barley Butcher, we aged our barleywine exclusively in rye whiskey barrels before infusing it with Tanzanian vanilla beans and cinnamon. Creamy vanilla and warm, aromatic cinnamon take center stage, layered over the rye barrel’s subtle spice and oak. Rounding out the profile are notes of toffee, caramel, and a touch of dark fruit, creating a complex, indulgent sipper perfect for any occasion.

This time we use a house-made, natural blackberry seltzer, sweetened with cane sugar as the base, and add our award winning Spruce Gin and finish it with a dash of orange bitters. An effortless cocktail with juicy berry notes that amplify the citrus notes in the gin and play perfectly off the bitters.

House Rum served as a base for a unique take on a classic rum punch. Orange and pineapple accompany an infusion of hibiscus and a hint of fruity delight.

We rested our Spruce Gin in our reserve malt whiskey barrels to create a complex sipping gin. Over time, forest-like pine notes in the gin became further enhanced, developing spice cabinet & kaffir lime notes that finish with a hint of wild mint.
