A pizza sandwich, per se. Our Calzones start off with one of our cheeses and one of our sauces. And then you can add additional fillings at a $1.50 a piece. They are then baked in our Woodfire oven. These can take 15-20 minutes. Pasta Salad served on the side.

A chicken Caesar salad served on our house made "pita". The salad includes our Hearts of Romaine lettuce, smoked chicken, parmesan cheese, sliced tomato & Caesar dressing. Pasta salad served on the side.

Neapolitan pizza is a hand tossed pizza, that is crispy on the outer rim and has a chew on the inside. It is cooked in our Woodfire oven. You have the choice of our three sauces & two cheeses. This Pizza is 12-inches round and has 8 slices. First two toppings are complimentary. Additional toppings will be extra in cost.

Our traditional Chicago Deep Dish Pizza is cooked with a cornmeal crust. It has a hand crushed tomato sauce and our house cheese blend. (There is a 60-minute wait time for Deep Dish Pizza) The pizza is 10 inches and has 6 slices. If you are thinking of enjoying in house, we highly recommend ordering ahead of time.
