A whole 4 ounces of your choice Native cure Nova lox or gravlax. Gravlax is cured in dill and juniper berry while Nova is your typical smoked salmon. Served with your choice of cream cheese, and choose any veggie topping.

A staff favorite! Our egg salad is made with lots of tarragon and salt and pepper. We love to add bacon to this, the "Bonkers". Don't forget we also have 8oz portions of our egg salad available in house.

Served open faced, our caprese has big slices of heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil. Drizzled with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
