Maudie's Too on South Lamar

Taco salad and enchilada were good but why don’t they automatically include chips and salsa if you’re spending over $20. I asked for chips and salsa and got charged $3 - which is fine but it’s free if I spend the same amt of $$ but sit down inside instead if to go?
