Both tsukemen were excellent. I love their chewy noodles & soup is always flavorful. Both fried rice were delicious, too.
This is my favorite ramen spot in Federal Way. Picture is the Hybrid Ramen (my go-to) with extra egg and takoyaki. Curry Tsukemen is my new favorite. The curry is flavorful but not overpowering.
