Mercado was born from a simple idea, to bring the warmth, flavors, and spirit of Latin American markets to the table. Inspired by the vibrant traditions of Peru and Ecuador, especially the landscapes, coast, mountains, and amazon. Our kitchen celebrates bold ingredients, shared plates, and time honored recipes reimagined for today. What began as a dream among family slowly became a journey shaped by heritage, hard work, and community. Mercado is more than a restaurant to us.
