The focaccia was ok with the tuna salad, but much better warm and pressed on a tuna melt. It’s recommended to offer not just American but also cheddar or mozzarella for a tuna melt while ordering in the selection options. Please consider updating the menu to offer with the salads a scoop of tuna or egg salad. Additional feedback with recommendations: Service this weekend was unorganized probably due to the large amount of pool guests and it seemed like limited staff. It’s strongly recommended to consider having an actual resturant manager, adjust the app estimated wait time to a realistic pickup time based on how busy it is (not 20 mins but 1 hr), someone servicing inside/outside tables, at least 2+ cooks, proper other line staff (i.e. to put orders together, cut fruit / veggies, etc), and someone taking onsite orders & advising realistic pickup times not 30 mins when it was longer this weekend. Last weekend everything was amazing and when the app said a 15 mins pickup time it was realistic. Thanks!!!!
