Always an amazing meal! Chile Colorado is my favorite dish from any place in town. Beef is always cooked well and doused in tomatillo sauce. Rice and beans always hot with great flavor. Even with to-go, the staff are faithfully great folks and food always hot after a 10 minute drive home. Almost forgot, I eat there (same meal) twice a week faithfully.
