On Weekends, and Holidays a non-refundable deposit of $100 for standard and party rooms, and $200 for VIP rooms is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to your service. Reservation Arrival Policy: We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation time to ensure a speedy check in. There will be a 15 minute grace period allotted after the reservation time has started for your party to arrive. In the event that you do not arrive within that time frame, your reservation will be canceled. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you will need to cancel your reservation, please call us at 770-462-8888. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable. Reschedule Policy: To reschedule your reservation, please call 770-462-8888. Please note that you have up until 24 hours before your reservation time to reschedule without penalty. In the event that you reschedule after this time period, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to provide a new one.
