Mike's Hot Chicken

Mike’s Hot Chicken is all about doing it the right way. We serve premium chicken fried in premium beef tallow, delivering a deeper, richer flavor and an ultra-crispy bite you can’t get from standard oils. Our chicken is fresh, never frozen, seasoned in-house, and cooked to order for maximum juiciness, flavor and crunch every single time. From classic comfort to serious heat, our menu is built for people who care about flavor. Expect bold spices, crave-worthy sauces, and real heat levels — from no spice to full-send lava. Every order is hot, fast, and packed with attitude. The vibe is simple: premium fast food with a no-nonsense edge. Loud flavors, clean execution, and food that hits hard whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or feeding a crowd. If you’re looking for chicken that actually tastes different.
