This was an amazing experience and meal. Kyle was a great server but the food was the STAR. The strip was the best piece of beef I’ve ever had. It was seasoned within an inch of its life (in a good way) and the flavor the charcoal imparts is a truly a unique experience in Lexington. The hamachi crude was a standout as well. It was fresh, well seasoned and the sauce gave it a brightness that made it a must have. Mileta is and will continue to be my family’s celebration meal place.
