Baked Bao filled with Mille Fête's version of the classic Japanese potato salad. Contains Russet potatoes, haricot verts (green beans that are longer, thinner, and more tender than American green beans), corn, carrots and chive that are tossed with a creamy dressing of mayonnaise, spicy mustard, and rice vinegar. The baked bao is sprinkled with shichimi powder - also known as seven spice powder, a Japanese spice blend that includes chili pepper, sesame seeds, citrus peel, ginger, and seaweed. It's a traditional seasoning that's nutty, bittersweet, and briney with peppery and citrus notes.$5.00

Ludovico Chicken Pot Hand Pie
Flaky pie dough filled with chunks of Ludovico chicken, carrots, peas, cippolini onion and a chicken jus bechamel. The outside of the pie is seasoned with freshly ground black pepper. J. Ludovico Farm is a small family farm on the north shore of Oʻahu. They raise chickens on pasture, housed on movable coops. The coops along with the chickens are moved regularly to new pasture to optimize health and growing efficiency. Only a few select chefs get to have their chickens.$7.00

Passion Fruit Orange Guava (POG) is a juice blend created in the early 1970s on the island of Maui, Hawaii, by Haleakala Dairy (now Meadow Gold). The name POG is an acronym for the three fruit juices that make up the drink. The juice gained further popularity when the milk bottle caps it was printed on became the basis for the 1990s POG game.$120.00
