Reservations are encouraged to help ensure availability, though walk-ins are always welcome when our capacity allows. Please arrive on time for your scheduled play session. We will hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. After that, your reservation may be released to another family waiting to play. If your plans change, we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can welcome another family to enjoy our space. Please note that play sessions begin at the reserved start time, and late arrivals are unable to extend the scheduled session. Birthday party reservations are subject to separate booking terms and cancellation policies.

• Admission includes one participating child. If bringing more than one mini, please select the Additional Mini add-on to purchase admission for each additional participating child. All accompanying adults are complimentary. • Two accompanying adults are included with each admission. Additional adults may be accommodated based on capacity. • Mini & Me is designed for children ages 0–6. • Grip socks are required for all children and regular socks required adults.(Grip socks are available for purchase.) • A completed liability waiver is required for every child before entering the play area. • Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of baby food, formula, and medically necessary items. • Additional play time may be purchased, subject to availability. • Children must be actively supervised by their accompanying adult at all times.
