Mộc Mạc is more than a restaurant, it’s a reflection of who we are. The name means humble beauty, a reminder to find richness in simplicity and authenticity. We built this space with our own hands — scientist, data scientist, accountant, and dreamers — united by the belief that labor is glory. Every plate, every pour, every gesture comes from care — from the hands that build, craft, and connect. We bring the spirit of Vietnam to New York not through luxury, but through warmth, patience, and honest hospitality. That’s what Mộc Mạc stands for.
