    • A Story About Everything

An English Barleywine aged in Bourbon and Rye barrels for 15 months. This barleywine is brewed with 100% Maris Otter malt and English hops, and fermented with our house English yeast strain. For this blend, we selected two Elijah Craig 12 year barrels and one Woodford Reserve Rye barrel that were chilling in our cellar for the last 15 months. It has aromas of toasted oak, raisin, and dried cherry. It has a creamy mouthfeel and finishes with caramel and charred peach undertones.
      $18.00
    • Drafty Kilt

A roasty scotch ale with a hint of smoke. Full-bodied, but not overpowering. Smokey, but not in a creepy bar kind of way. Sweet, but not obnoxiously so. Sound like your ideal mother-in-law? Fair enough, but it also is a pretty dead-on description of our Scotch Ale. In a difficult hop-growing climate, Scottish brewers relied on other ingredients to impart flavor and bitterness – one such ingredient was smoked malt. Drafty Kilt is a dark, malty bombshell of a beer.

    • Many Leather Bound Books

      $18.00
    • Tiger That Killed My Father: Banana Coconut

Double-barrel-aged in rum barrels, conditioned on toasted coconut, banana, and vanilla. The nose hits with warm banana and toasted coconut before the rum comes through underneath. The vanilla rounds it out into something closer to dessert than a beer: full-bodied, rich, and finishing exactly like a chocolate vanilla banana split, the kind you'd order to cope after something traumatic. Like, say, a tiger killing your father. High ABV, higher drama. Sip accordingly.
