The Malaysian heart and soul of MontAsia: we make our curry gravy from scratch: curry leaves, homemade curry powder, ginger, garlic, chiles, roasted coconut & more-served on Malaysian style rice, with potatoes and tofu cubes to soak up all that goodness.

Fall on in to a burning ring of flavor. Take a wild wok out west with this, one of the spicier dishes served in Montana. Montana Yak meat (thanks Painted KC Ranch!) simmered with gochujang pepper paste, Underwood Farms sriracha, and genuine sambal oelek.
