È Rosato! - IT'S PINK! says the winemaker and the name of this delicious wine. From winemaker: A Rosé wine produced from a bloodletting of two important vineyards. The contact with the skins is about a day, so that it can ferment with its own yeasts. This wine is aged in cement tanks, unclarified and unfiltered. The nose releases red fruits (raspberries and ripe strawberries) and sweet spices, the mouth is fresh with a slight earthy undertone and a nice final tannin. A real partner to pizza, tomato base dishes, charcuterie with mozzarella di bufala and burgers.

The Azienda Agricola Summer Wolff Ette Vino Bianco is a refreshing white wine that goes well with light dishes and warm weather. Its crisp and clean flavor makes it a great choice for summer gatherings or casual sipping.

Starting with the 2024 vintage, since our friend Tomba (Tomislav Voštinić @ VK winery) makes such refreshing expressions of Graševina, we reached out to see if he would be open to making an orange wine for SoHu. Working with some Pinot Blanc he had been experimenting with in his vineyards, Tomba and Tonka agreed to produce this fresh orange wine made for us, as a blend Graševina (aka Welschriesling), and some extended skin contact Pinot Blanc for SoHu. The result is a lively, fleshy and delicously quaffable skin contact wine! SoHu Orange delivers beautiful and lush aromas of fleshy peach skin, orange blossom and lemon drops, while the palate delivers nice acidity but still bursting with ripe flavors of peach, apricot, and carried off with a a pleasant herbal finish.

The Ariotti Riccardo Barbera B is a fine Italian red wine that offers a smooth and rich flavor, ideal for pairing with hearty dishes. Its balanced taste makes it a great choice for both casual dinners and special occasions.

Fun and fancy free - Le Babbler is meant to inspire one to babble on and on about anything that brings joy. The wine comes from Château Lauduc, owned by the Grandeau family for four generations. The vineyards and winery are just ten kilometers from downtown Bordeaux in the Entre-Deux-Mers region. The winery is certified sustainable by HVE and after successful trials in 2018, they began the organic certification process in 2019. Only organic products are used for vineyard management. The vines average 35 years-old and are grown in limestone clay, siliceous, and gravel soils that give the wine a lot of freshness and balance. Once harvested at their best maturity, the vinification is handled in the modern cellar with thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks used to extract soft tannins and deep color, respecting the fruits’ true expression. In the bottle, you’ll find poetry, art, and inspired conversation.

Vinas Mora "Barbba" is a natural, light-bodied red wine from Dalmatia, Croatia, created by Kreso Petrekovic. It is a field blend of local red (Plavina, Lasina, Babić) and white (Debit, Maraština) grapes, resulting in a fresh, chillable wine featuring notes of bright red fruit, sea-air minerality, and earthy, rustic undertones.
