Locally family owned and operated brewery and restaurant serving a full food menu, wine, beer and saké. We make most of our food from scratch. Our wood fired pizzas are cold fermented for 48 hours and then baked in a 100% wood fired oven. Our salad dressings and sauces (even our ketchup) is made from scratch. Our pretzel sticks, wings, chicken and bacon are made fresh daily with other food items being made every other day.
