Our dough ferments for 2–3 days to achieve the perfect texture and flavor, following traditional bread making techniques. We team up with local Utah farmers and artisans to bring you the best seasonal ingredients available. Every dish is a celebration of quality ingredients, culinary creativity, and genuine care.
