Reservation Policy for Large Parties Arrival and Seating * Mandatory Early Check-in (Parties of 5+): For all reservations of 5 or more guests, the entire party must check in with the host 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time. This allows our team adequate time to prepare your table and minimize delays for other diners. * Complete Party Seating: We require all members of your party to be present before we can seat you. We are unable to seat partial parties. Late Arrival and Table Hold * Reservation Hold Time: We will hold your reserved table for a grace period of 10 minutes past your confirmed reservation time. * Cancellation: If your party has not checked in with the host within this 10-minute grace period, your reservation will be considered a no-show and released to waiting guests. Dining Time Limits and Gratuity * Table Time Limit: Due to high demand, a 2-hour dining limit may be enforced for all tables, particularly during busy meal periods. * Automatic Gratuity: A 20% automatic gratuity will be applied to the bill for all parties of 6 or more guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to provide a smooth and efficient dining experience for everyone. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please call us immediately.
