We love this place and the food is great. The past two visits unfortunatley, our service has been horrible. No refills. Wrong food brought out. Last time they brought the biscuit and gravy on the table first. Two min later, a busser walks by and asks if we are all done and ready for the check. We laughed and said, “Um, we just sat down and ordered.” We do not control how the food comes out. Today she had the wrong order again. After they brought out both meals, we sat for another 15 - 20 min waiting for the correct wrap. No apology. No concern. Could just care less. Didn’t ask if they could heat up my food while waiting. She almost look annoyed and maybe having a bad day. We don’t know. As soon as we sat in the section I said, “oh no. here we go.” What we have learned now is we either tip 30% or we tip ZERO. Why put up with it. I have been tempted to get up and get my own refills so we don’t have to bother her at all. We didn’t ask to have any to have any items removed off the bill and they didn’t offer to take anything off the bill for the error or the timing to get the correct meal. I hope they are not falling into quantity over quaintly. Poor service today and no empathy for any error. That’s where we are today unfortunately.
