Mr Moto is always the best!!! love their 3 slices and a drink deal!
Customer service from the guy at the counter was amazing, the knots look amazing… But I had no idea they had jalapeños in them as it’s my first time and I just ordered “the pepperoni ones.” I thought there was like five or six different kinds. I have an ulcer so I got really sick just takings the bite that I did. The girl I spoke to did rectify the situation but not before doing her best to be very condescending about me “should’ve known there was peppers in it, it says on the display, etc. like this situation is a joyride for me!! She doesn’t even realize the physical reaction that it caused, but wanted to politely “put me in my place “as if I should have known and it really turned my experience from being super pleasant, even despite the mistake , being really great in the beginning and then kind of going sideways. I appreciate that they fixed it, I do want to try the plain garlic knots still. The guy was super great. But the girl was very politely antagonisti over A SINGLE ORDER OF SRUFFED GARLIC KNOTS, when I just thought maybe I’d accidentally got the wrong one. I have the plain ones next time I go back and I only have to deal with that cool guy
