11% abv | 1911 Barrel Aged McIntosh is a vinous fruit-forward wine with the rich aromatic qualities of the beloved cold weather McIntosh Apple Variety. The warm fermented flavors are complemented by the vanilla and spice imparted from the oak aging.

11% abv | Honeycrisp Wine is a sweet apple wine made from 100% Estate Grown Honeycrisp Apples. Reflective of the light flesh and bounding acidity which helped make this apple variety so popular, this wine is sweet without being heavy.

Baldwin is a 100% single-varietal heirloom hard cider from Ithaca, New York. It is a bone-dry, sparkling cider featuring an 8.5% ABV and crisp notes of grapefruit, lime, and kiwi.

Port-style cider. An apple apertif/digestif from Apple brandy blended with unfiltered juice during the fermentation process. During months of aging, it naturally clarifies to an amber liquid of exquisite character. 19% ABV
