***A 50% deposit is required to confirm your cabana reservation and will be applied toward your final cabana rental balance. Food, drinks, tax, gratuity, tickets, and cover charges are not included unless otherwise stated.
Reserve your table at My Stomping Grounds for only $10 per guest. The full reservation fee is due when booking and holds your table for the time shown in your reservation. This fee does not apply toward food, drinks, gratuity, tickets, or event cover charges. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is completed. Reservation Policy
We’re excited to save you a spot at My Stomping Grounds — but please remember, we are not just a restaurant. We are a live music venue, bar, patio party, sports-watching headquarters, occasional weather victim, and professional vibe-management facility. Some reservations do not include door cover, ticket cover. These are purchased separately unless otherwise stated.
A reservation saves space for your party, but it does not guarantee a specific table, patio area, cabana, stage view, favorite corner, perfect lighting angle, or spiritual connection to the band unless confirmed directly by management. We’ll always do our best, but sometimes the vibe has a seating chart of its own.
Please arrive on time. Reservations may only be held for a 15 minute grace period before your table or reserved space may be released, adjusted, or handed over to another group who is already standing there making eye contact with the host stand.
Running late? Call us. Text your friend. Sprint lightly. Just let us know you’re still coming.
For larger parties, we may wait to seat the group until the majority of guests have arrived. We love your cousin’s “I’m five minutes away” energy, but unfortunately, we cannot hold an entire section hostage for a person who is still at home looking for shoes.
Additional guests beyond the confirmed party size may not be guaranteed without prior approval. We love a surprise plus-one. We do not love a surprise plus-twelve.
Certain reservation types — including cabanas, VIP areas, private spaces, special events, and high-demand seating — may require a deposit, reservation fee, food and beverage minimum, or cancellation policy. Any applicable fees or minimums will be communicated before confirmation, because surprises are for birthday cakes, not billing.
Deposits and reservation fees may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation deadlines depending on the reservation type. No-shows, late cancellations, or major party-size changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit or release of the reservation.
During concerts, holidays, private events, ticketed events, high-volume nights, weather drama, or full-blown patio chaos, reservations may be limited, adjusted, or unavailable.
By booking a reservation, guests understand that seating is managed based on party size, timing, table availability, safety, staffing, service flow, and management discretion.
We promise we’re not being difficult. We’re just protecting the staff, the guests, the music, the margaritas, and the sacred art of keeping the vibe alive.If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming.
