    Immerse yourself in Korean distilling heritage led by the owners of NAMU. We’ll kick things off with a cocktail before entering the distillery to discover the unique processes and science involved in rice wine fermentation and distillation. We’ll then go through a guided tasting that focuses on the unique flavors and aromas in soju and gin while learning more about the Korean ritual of sharing soju together.
