Immerse yourself in Korean distilling heritage led by the owners of NAMU. We’ll kick things off with a cocktail before entering the distillery to discover the unique processes and science involved in rice wine fermentation and distillation. We’ll then go through a guided tasting that focuses on the unique flavors and aromas in soju and gin while learning more about the Korean ritual of sharing soju together.

Come see for yourself just how special our NAMU cocktail program is with our newest event, COCKTAIL OMAKASE, with food pairings! One of our bartenders will teach you not only how to make some of our most interesting cocktails, but also how we develop each ingredient by hand right here at the distillery. Over the course of 60-90 minutes you will enjoy four cocktails, plus food items prepared by one of our founders that complement the flavors of each cocktail and add another layer of depth to the entire experience. 2-3 cocktails will come from our current menu and 1-2 cocktails will be special, ONLY for omakase!
