# Nanu's After Hours ## Private Dining Experience – Rules & Policies To ensure every event is seamless and enjoyable, please review the following policies before booking. ### Reservations & Deposits * Advance reservation is required. * A **50% non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your event date. * The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your event. * Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit has been received. ### Guest Requirements * Minimum of **15 guests**. * Minimum **food and beverage commitment of $35 per guest**. * Guest count must be finalized **72 hours prior** to your event. This final count will be used for billing purposes. ### Venue Fee * **Private Venue Fee: $300**, which includes up to **2 hours** of exclusive use of the restaurant. * Additional time is billed at **$150 per hour** or any portion thereof. ### Event Hours * Private events begin **after 8:00 PM**. * Full dinner menu is available until **9:00 PM**. * After 9:00 PM, service transitions to our exclusive **Late-Night Menu**. * Last call for alcoholic beverages will follow all Colorado state liquor laws. ### Food & Beverage * Outside food, desserts, beverages, or alcohol are **not permitted** unless approved in advance by management. * Guests are welcome to enjoy our curated food, cocktail, wine, and beer selections throughout the evening. * Menu modifications may be available with advance notice. ### Decorations * Simple decorations are welcome with prior approval. * No confetti, glitter, open flames, smoke machines, nails, staples, or adhesives that may damage restaurant property. * All decorations must be removed at the end of the event unless other arrangements have been made. ### Conduct * We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all guests. * Any behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates state or local laws may result in the event ending without refund. * Guests are responsible for any damage caused to restaurant property during the event. ### Service Charge & Gratuity * A **20% service charge** will be added to all private events. * Additional gratuities for exceptional service are always appreciated but never required. ### Cancellations * Deposits are non-refundable. * If your event must be rescheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate another available date, subject to availability. ### Parking * Complimentary parking is available for all guests. * We encourage guests consuming alcoholic beverages to arrange a designated driver or use a rideshare service. ### Our Promise At Nanu's Kitchen, we host **only one private event each evening**. Our goal is to provide an intimate atmosphere, exceptional Indian cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, attentive service, and an unforgettable experience for every celebration.
